All fees paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases.

Refund is possible only if Pro Prep Academy is informed within 48 hours of payment or course information.

No refund will be processed after 48 hours under any circumstances.

If a course is cancelled by Pro Prep Academy, applicable refunds will be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
